Domestic versus Exotic Species

One of the choices necessary to make when deciding on your new floor will be whether or not you wish to purchase an exoctic or domestic species of wood for your floors. Exotic woods are usally more dense thus harder when compared to most domestic woods. There are howvere a number of things to consider in this choice. Will your stair treads if you have them look favorable in another species than the floor as most treads are traditionally made from oak.
